AUDITION NOTES
The Tooth of Crime will rehearse in June and will play July 12-21. 6 shows, Friday thru Sunday for two weeks.

The Tooth of Crime is a Rock ‘n’ Roll tragedy written in hipster poetry by Sam Shepard and featuring a LIVE rock band. The protagonist in The Tooth of Crime is named Hoss; his rival and nemesis is named Crow.
Please note: three of the major roles in The Tooth of Crime, those of Hoss, Crow and BeckyLou, have been pre-cast. Remaining roles are strong, eccentric supporting roles. Four of the five supporting roles will be required to sing one song, a quartet-type ballad somewhat reminiscent of the old 1950s doo-wop songs. At the audition, actors will be asked to sing one song, backed on this occasion by karaoke equipment.
